Catch That Cap!
There are several ways to open a beer bottle but where do those bottle caps end up? Flung across the floor, someone’s forehead, trapped between the couch cushions? This clever device opens the bottles and catches the caps until you decide to release the prisoners by removing the flexible base to make room for more victims. Super Bowl Sunday will never be the same again! Think of the caps as badges of honor. Get drunk people.

Any chance this design will become reality? I would love to get one and can think of a few others in the same boat! If it does let me know how and where to go to get one.

pretty cool, but i actually like how the cap trap opens the bottle better. this one looks like you have to open it backwards. weird…

Hi everyone. The Cap-Trap bottle opener will actually be available in about 4 weeks. We are currently finishing up our first production run now. Each Cap-Trap has a built in belt clip and includes a magnet attachment. You can check out all of the different designs we will be introducing as well as get additional information on our website – ” target=”_blank”>http://www.innovativeopeners.com. Cheers!

Am i the only one who thinks that this is un required? I dont mean to flame, but its verging on another needless product?
Frank L. Eames says
I'm not quite sure that I agree with “luck”. I do agree that there are way too many needless products in the world but it's also important to remember that most of things that we purchase are not “required”. What I can definetely say is “unrequired” are the 3 cheap bottle openers that I currently have in my drawer that aren't as functional or cool as this one. Not to mention that this is pretty stylish for a beer item. I'd love this opener to make sure those bottle caps don't end up in the hands of my curious toddler. I can definetely appreciate this idea. I'd also get one of these for my brother-in-law & father.

OMG! Very cute. I think that the ladies may like this more than the men. Sexy styling.

Call me crazy, but I’ve never had any problems hanging on to my beer caps when I pop ‘em off.
