Animate For Obesity? I Don’t Think I Agree!
One of the reasons behind developing the Animate project was to motivate the obese-TV-Video Games-addicted-generation to move their butt and get some exercise. I don’t buy that theory. My point is, if Wii Sports couldn’t get me toned and slim, then nothing can! However, besides this Animate is cool gadget that kids on the block would love. It’s got a camera, MP3 player, watch band, communication feature and videogames. When you play the spy-detective kinda game, you get the opportunity to win some cool avatar credits that that motivate you to be active and on your toes!

What a great post! I am just starting out in community management/marketing media and trying to learn how to do it well – resources like this web site are so helpful. As our company is based in the US, it’s all a bit new to us. The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own real enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is useful in that case.
