French People, This is Your Car Circa 2037
If you think urban density is bad now, wait until 2037. 70% of the French population will inhabit urban metropolises. That’s a whole ‘lotta people so one future automotive trend are vehicles that provide a sense of escapism; to find one’s zen by momentarily moving away from the hustle and bustle of city living. The Nervastella concept looks like it’s coming and going at the same time. Just you in the cockpit enjoying life with just enough space behind you for luggage.

The floating wheels are certainly going to be easy to change

I can’t imagine it, since the pictures are to such a low scale compared to the texture of the ground.. we need annotations!

It would interesting to see the rear end crash test on this car. The “fins” on the rear look alot like those chopper blades of those “push to chop/dice” kitchen gadget. The “2037″ version of the infamous AMC “Gremlin”.
The “floating” rear end and tires/tyres are certainly interesting.
This car would be better suited for a video game or in the new TRON 2 movie.

Correction “2037″ version of the infamous FORD “Pinto”. (Infamous for exploding the gas tank when hit in the rear.)

oooohhh, floaty! It just looks unfinished as you go towards the back, the fins are crude and weak-looking, not to mention the little dome bumper. In the future we will still need to account for safety, not just magic.
