SRSLY! You won’t find any delicate nylon material to rip, or flimsy metal rods that’ll break… in fact, no canopy at all! Instead, this innovative design uses air flow to protect the user from rain. Call the Air Umbrella, it creates an invisible shield with multidirectional air-jets that dispel raindrops and keep the user dry. Though it looks high-tech, it’s actually quite simple. Better yet, it might just be available sooner than you think. Jump to the vid!

rather funny and unique idea! just trying to picture people using this on a rainy day.
Quite interesting. Would love to try this.
I wonder if it will work or rather if it will last when there is a heavy downpour.
what?! no way! is this for real?
interesting but I doubt this one will find a market. I see kids loving this creation though.
a brave attempt…lets see if it finds any takers. I prefer my good old umbrella and rain jacket any day.
No way! But I wont lie, I would love to test this one out!
If it´s so loud like an air broom, no, thanks!
I prefaire to save the energy and my ears!
The cities are loud enough!
What about if you pass by other people, you may be sheltered from the rain but it blows it to the sides… anybody passing gets the rain blown away from you and now hitting them.
I saw a concept here a few years ago. So its not new. Second, finish the proto, improve the aesthetics and work out the bugs then show it. The real test is how much will it cost to make and what will it retail. Dyson might not like this…
Not sure the umbrella was a problem before let alone this products being an improvement on the old. I find it novelty and something that will live and die in gadget stores.
