Thank you Laura and Charles for giving us a fresh perspective on tablets! The Samsung Galaxy One Tablet Projector Concept is a combination of three characteristics from three different devices. It has the lightness and mobility of tablets, the widescreen of desktops backed with the power of a laptop. With the inclusion of a back kick-stand and projector, the device gets additional functionality and of course Windows 8! Superb!

Very interesting concept would definitely consider it. That said if this was a pad phone like thing, i would buy it in a second.
So this basically is a Windows 8 version of the Galaxy Tab? It looks really cool and if Samsung was to actually produce this at a resonablly affordable price I would buy it.
Very nice – let’s hope this is just a taste of things to come when Windows tablet PC’s finally realize their full potential! Won’t be under the Galaxy branding, of course…
This is nice concept!! This should be combine with the Samsung slate pc features and it will be an innovation tablet. Hope Samsung will make this with windows and it will be great for home, architecture en business field.
Let’s let’s hope…!!!
Adding a projector to an existing product is not design.
Come on guys, this is a concept, it should explore some new ideas. The brushed chrome and plastic looks cheap and tacky. We shouldn’t encourage this.
I think the stand was pretty neat..
It’s a concept that Samsung or any other manufacturer hasn’t taken on yet, the projector makes perfect sense on the Windows OS vs Android. Please reference the table/design/stand/projector in your next “comment”.
Well every tablet has a stand, its just sold separately. This keeps the tablet cheaper, thinner and lighter while keeping the option open to add the stand if necessary (for extra profit of course). Also, it allows the customer to get the exact stand for their use and doesn’t destroy the entire device if it breaks.
Projectors are still a pretty worthless novelty at this size (tiny projection size, need perfect darkness, etc) but there are lots of separate projectors for tablets, like the iGo Pico. As far as tablets with integrated projectors, they exist but it’s not pretty….

Great design and concepts, but name. well Galaxy is Sammy’s Android label. If anything it should be the Omnia One or the Focus One from their Windows Phone 7 streams
You are right and I am praying right now for one for Hannukah or my birthday if God would allow it.
WOW! Actually thats really cool ;)!
or Series 7 like the one at the Build conference.
Nice concept man!
Wow…can’t wait!!! 🙂
I simply had to say thanks once again. I do not know what I could possibly have used in the absence of the type of pointers shared by you over this industry. It absolutely was a very troublesome crisis in my position, however , understanding this expert manner you handled that made me to weep for contentment. I am grateful for your assistance and then hope you really know what a great job your are doing educating people through the use of your webblog. It seems that this Android tablet is better than an Apple iPad.
