Though the brand may be nearing its end, Swedish automaker SAAB will always be remembered for producing and advancing the technology of jet fighters still in use today. An ode to SAAB’s rich history, this coupe concept takes inspiration (and name) from the Viggen fighter, mimicking its lines, glass cockpit canopy and overall clean design.
Designer: Feliciano Ruy-Díaz
A faint resemblance to a SAAB front, but… gah! The front is hideously bulky! Where are the Viggen lines? Lower the front end, and You might be on the right track. Kudos for trying to spark some life back into the spirit of SAAB, though!
A better concept made by SAAB themselves
Old, but still the most awesome car ever designed:

a good concept! but saab is done..
How is this like a Viggen? The Aero X looks better but even that is stretching the fighter plane idea.
Now THAT is a car.
Too much like an american muscle car. Doesn’t look like something that would come out of Europe at all.
not bad but too mustang like.
If the canopy opens with the door, that could be troublesome during rain.
it has american style.
