Where there once was a tree, there is now a coffee table.. take that nature! Paying homage to or simply mocking nature’s grandeur, the “Stink Tree” coffee table by Dylan Gold is a beautifully crafted furnishing inspired by the silhouette of the Tree-of-heaven, also known as ailanthus, Chinese sumac, stinking shumac or simply, the “Stink Tree.” Made of solid mdf layers coated in automotive laquer and clear coat, this walnut veneer coated sample is just that. If you want your very own unique Stink Tree, the laminates and extruded graphic are all customizable. Warning, have a vacuum cleaner with a very thin hose ready for any messy clean-ups.

cool design …!!!!
Hmm… anyone else taste the same ?
Great idea.
The design idea is absolutely good but some might think it isnt really fuctional. Well, i would like to have one in my living space though.
looks great but not practical.
i like your idea
just unique!
I can see my coffee spilling now!
Honestly speaking,at first look I just feel that are they broken down ???
Then I saw it properly then I got it that they are Tree Cofee Tables 🙂 with different unique style
I think it is functunal ..just think of a smaller table with some extra decorations….. dont think of a table with craks on it…. I could even store some magazines there!
where can i buy this? i have a project that this would be perfect for
I have seen a lot of cool coffee table designs in my work as a modern furniture designer, but this is one of the most unique I have seen. Definitely warrants a second and third look.
pretty! The descriptions made it seem like it came from SIms or something. lol
put on a thin steinless glass on top of it
than it would have no problem at all!!
Cool~ I would like to have one IF I get a house
with some open spaces.
made some typos.. oops
Who would harvest the Stink trees from my property? Please, someone….
Interesting 🙂
