Flat Folded Shoe Is Like Easy Origami
The EIN/TRITT shoe concepts shows how modern technology can take shoe manufacturing to the next paradigm. Flat shoe patterns with reinforced parts get folded and fixed by the consumer. Production and shipping costs are significantly reduced. From an aesthetic point of view, it has a very geometric and architectural form that’ll definitely grab you some attention. I wonder what Nike or Adidas could do with this technology.

Awesome!
I love the idea of using origami to cut away production and packaging costs as well as giving the user a chance to build their own shoes however, I do question the comfort and stability of these shoes.
Very nice indeed, when someone is going to start producing these pieces of art? Its time to inovate the Design of Shoes and Sandals, nice!

Beautiful, but is so resitent to keep the girl? I love origami anyway!
Origami is timeless poetry expecially in this modern world.
Our congratulations to Miss Meuter for her smart shoe’s project!
Looks great for homewear. Lifting sole part could be covered or padded to make it suitable for winters too.

where can we get a chance to buy a model? Is it distributed under a brand?

These shoes are amzing - however - when searching the web for them all that I could find is second-hand info on blogs. Does anyone know who manufactures them? Where did this info here come from?
