One Pen, One Phone
ONE is a mobile phone fashioned as a pen. It hosts a flexible 6-inch display that relies on cloud computing for memory. The design basically satisfies the needs of consumers who are looking for a lighter phone without compromising on the size of the display screen or applications.
One is a 2012 iF Design Talents entry.

Looks like the communication devices from the TV series ‘Earth: Final Conflict’.
I’ve seen other concepts like this… Now, if someone would finally actually build it!

The screen would be an AMOLED screen which is flexible yet doesn’t crease or retain shape except for well flat . Then the case it self could use a simple LCD or micro LED touch display. The lock button could simply be pin that slides in the top of the roll-out display. The Processing chip would be quite small possibly an Intel Ivy Bridge, The memory and flash memory would be cloud based which could either be owned by Samsung or it could wirelessly link to base like a tower or be more like a portable device which could be in a back pack or if you don’t have a back pack or such you could hook it up to a range amplifier for more comfortable use. Again i am not sure and this is mainly based off of memory so don’t quote me.
