Flip Flop Mouse
The Toe Mouse is especially designed for those who have upper limbs disability and cannot use their hands to move the mouse. This ergonomically designed gadget uses our natural ability to grip between the toes, for manipulating the Mouse. You need to slip it on, between the big toe and second, just as you would wear your flipflops. The sensor below the big toe acts as the left click button and the one below the second toe is the right click. I find very little flaws in this design, and going by the determined grit we have seen in handicapped people; if they can conquer pen and paint brushes without using hands, then this mouse is no big deal!

When will this be in the market? I honestly believe a lot of IT geeks will try it, just looking for that “third hand” that we need all the time. This will be awesome!

This mouse cured my cancer!

need a video of it being used. What movements move the cursor up/down/right/left? is it a rocking motion of the foot, or does the whole thing have to be displaced along the floor (like a regular mouse). Need to know this to be able to apply to persons with disability who may be able to do some motions of leg/foot/toes and not others.

Don’t stamp your feet when you’re losing a game with this mouse…
Well at least youve got 2 hands free, that’s handy for alot of things (much faster gaming!)

Awesome!!! I work with people with brain injury. Many of my clients have limited control of their upper extremities making access to mice quite challenging. Grateful for another way to allow my clients computer access. How much is it? Do they do trials? I’d like to get my hands on it and learn the ins and outs of the motor skills required to make it work.

I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t move my second toe independently from the other ones… maybe a second slip for the other foot?

My wife has nerve damage in both arms, and using a mouse has become excruciating. Please please please make this product. I guarantee there is a market for this.
cassie says
can it be switchable so you can use either foot? my ankles and toes lock up with pain if i do too much with just one. but the worst is my hands, taking mouse usage down to my feet may let me grow my hair out again.
