Moving Parts Of A Computer

Here is a thought, why confine portability to a laptop, why not have portable desktops? I know for a fact that if I had the chance, my 27-inch iMac would travel with me everywhere. Coming out of dreamland and into reality, here is the Cover Keyboard offering a more realistic way of travelling with our computer. It gets neatly packed into a carry bag and what’s more, the extendable interactive keyboard is really cool! What do you think?

Cover Keyboard is a 2012 iF design – Design Talents entry.

Now that’s better than a laptop & have an Apple size screen to boot, how much, when & where
Hello Dell, HP, IBM, etc produce this.

This has already been done. You are incredibly ignorant. There are iPad cases that do this. Microsoft’s surface comes with one of these. And I myself have seen this design one too many times.

To kevin, there not ignorant they just didn’t know, you don’t have to be a deutsch about it, I think its an awesome idea and better than the surface :p

Is it an interesting idea? Of course. I like it. But the surface is more practical. I wouldn’t lug around a 27 inch monitor every day. Neither would the general public, that’s why this isn’t being made.
