All-Terrain Electric Beast
The menacing-looking Misha all-terrain vehicle was designed specifically as a family car for use in the harsh Siberian climate. The slightly asymmetric body exists so the driver has a little more room to operate comfortably and so passengers can have a unique riding experience from seat-to-seat. Powered by four independent electric motors located in each wheel, Misha also features tires inspired by bear claws that have been adapted to grip the most treacherous of terrain.

You totally had me until the last two images…
Where does the table come from… and why? And using a window as a gaming monitor seems either extremely unsafe, crazy expensive or insanely draining for the battery. I think you should reconsider this as a brutally utilitarian design, to fit the lifestyle of your customer.
This is beautifully designed and rendered but seems to project an indulgent lifestyle which doesn’t really reflect your Siberian customer.
Also, those fins on the wheels… what are they made of? I’m afraid they would snap off or (if flexible) simply conform to the normal curve of the wheels and actually made them more slippery. I’ve seen that design attempted but I haven’t seen a working model yet.

I really like the concept but the wheels look like a bumpy ride :/

The main glaring problem I can’t look beyond is the front windscreen’s serious lack of open viewing area. This car has a nice sci-fi aesthetic, but the reason you don’t see every ferrari and lamborghini rolling off the factory floor with angry-eyebrow-shaped windscreen is because the driver can’t see a damn thing through it. This is a cool movie or videogame car though. Good renders.

Those wheels reminded me of a toy I played with long ago.
Here’s the commercial for it, circa 1980s.

The design remind me of a cartoon. Nice that the car have functions but think more of the lifestyle if you’re in nature the woods.

@ toys from my attic. thanks for posting such a memorable toy. I do remember those ads for the “Animal”. As for this Cartoon like vehicle, its another toy. Great renderings.

Okay – issues that I see:
(and I should preface this by saying that I currently drive an off-road vehicle: a 1994 Toyota 4×4 pickup)
1) How do I see out of this thing? Is the front windshield the black section located at the front of the wheels, or the black stripe in the center of the car? If it’s the former – great – totally see how if I’m driving this I can see where I’m going, if it’s the latter – wouldn’t the wheels/high front bonnet block things in my path before it was too late to see them?
2) If the wheels all have four independent motors and I’m going in all terrain mode and one of those motors breaks – then what?
3) How do the claw mechanisms work and why do you/would you need them? Do the independent motors on each wheel also control the claws?
4) Vehicle height: My truck has a 3″ body lift and 3″ suspension lift on 31″ tires – and I still worry about not making it over certain obstacles, and certain bodies of water without flooding the engine or finding some other crack or crevice that’s worked it’s way in over the last 20 odd years the truck has been around… your ATV/truck is about 8″ at either “axle” and with that, unless one is driving on perfect Siberian roads is going to be trouble if you have to go over anything 2′ or deeper…claws not withstanding.
Another thing I don’t get is why it has to “look” cool to be functionable – some of the ugliest, dirtiest, and most beaten up Ford and Chevy POS’s have been the greatest functioning and best performing trucks I’ve ever seen or driven. Take the angles and the curves out and put some meanness in her…go look at some of the trucks they drive at the Redneck Yacht Club – there are some in this world that don’t need the clean lines – make it ugly, yet perfectly functioning and they’ll fly off the shelves.
I actually get the video games and tables and such – it’s a day camper of sorts, you don’t need a massive caravan or fifth wheel if you’re only going out for a night – it’s a nice marketing thing, but like others I wonder about the capacity of the batteries and why one would need to play video games if camping (isn’t the point of camping to get out from in front of the television, no?)
I like the Misha – but were it me, I’d put more balls into her and less aesthetics…take out the streamlining and the angles and put in rear-wheel drive and a 4×4 transfer case…remember, Segways and their independent motors on each wheel were never meant to go off-roading (even though they sold an “off-road” model) and a lot of riders paid the price…and I don’t think you want your customers to become bear food when a couple of those servo motors break in the middle of Alaska, right? Bigger viewing area. More ground clearance. And I’d want an engine that sounds like its going to kick some ass.
Great design!
