So it makes complete logical sense for young designers with an eco initiative to come up with an iPad cover made from materials sourced from the coconut tree! Coconut fiber or "wood" will stay in that original form, you can't make 2 by 4s out of it or cnc route the material. – _ – I guess you can mulch it up and add an emulsifier or some other compound to press it into another shape? But if that's the case, why not use another wood form?… research people seriously
