We all know freezing is a great way to preserve food before we cook it, but what about food we’ve already prepared. At most they only last a few days in the fridge before spoiling and freezing is usually not an option since flavor and nutrients degrade that way. The Air Storage keeps cooked food at a constant 60ºC via thermal energy. Food stored this way can last much longer and only takes less a minute to reanimate for eating. You also retain flavor and precious nutrients which is key because otherwise, you’re just eating empty calories.

How long are you able to keep your food in there? If you leave it in there long enough, won’t it dry out? Meanwhile, you can’t use your pots & pans. Also, it sounds like yet another appliance to waste energy on. How about learning to cook only what you’ll eat in a meal, or just eat your leftovers before they spoil.
60 degrees celsius!!!!!! that is not preserving anything, thats cooking it!
