Ultra-Compact Bike Share
The Urbanspeed bike-share system aims to not only reduce the carbon footprints of urban societies, but also the overall physical space that other systems often overlook. A sliding frame combined with folding pedals and rotating handlebars allow the bikes to compress to 22% of their size, minimizing the space they occupy in public spaces.

200$ for a bike like this, i think is to much.. i can understand your work, but a carpenter can make better. Do you remember Graziella? check it..

NZ$200 is a pretty damn good price for a bike like this (any bike of good quality for that fact). Hamish was from Massey in NZ. Also here a carpenter is a builder, so a ‘carpenter’ as such wouldn’t know where to start let alone make it better. Good work Hamish, gutted I missed the end of year exhibition.

$200 is not bad at all. 152 euros for an original design bike is a good price.

I’m not understanding how this bike is compacting. Needs more diagrams.
