A Cooler Ruler

This feels like Safety Month. Last week we saw a Safe Cutter, a Safe Drill, and a functional Band-aid, and now we have ourselves a Safe Ruler.

Designed with the intent of protecting your fingers while you run a cutter along the edge of a scale, the Safe Ruler comes with a raised shield that gives your fingers a place to hold the scale where it lies out of any sort of danger. The scale also has a uniquely scalene section that allows it to be used in different orientations based on comfort and the measuring unit.

Big points to the designers for providing a metal sleeve around one edge of the scale to enable easy cutting!
