Solid Cold Rolling Pin

I’m fond of making pies and one of the biggest challenges with rolling the choux pastry dough is maintaining a smooth, clean base despite the heavy butter incorporation. Crafted from anodized aluminum and refrigerated to the perfect temperature, this chilled Rolling Pin helps roll out the perfect size crust thanks to the laser engraved graduated measurements. Marked both in both inches and millimeters, the slick non-stick surface keeps the dough cold and easy to roll.

Recommended to be hand washed only, this pin is up on my wishlist!
