The Emergency Wet Tissue is a moist towel strategically placed in public places like the Underground Tube. The purpose is to be a handy aid during a fire or smoke emergency situation. Breathing through a wet towel or moist napkin reduces your chances of inhaling toxic fumes and eases breathing. Nice concept!
