Wood Yacht Fantasy

Wood Yacht Fantasy

I almost titled this post “Orange Yacht Fantasy” because the redness in the seats throughout this fabulous ship. It really brings out this yellow tones in the wooden decks, but then I realized, yes, they are wood. And it’s totally sexy. Sexy like a boat is sexy. This is the “Sentori 50 L”, a 50 feet flybridge motor yacht. Its length is 15.3 meters, its beam is 5 meters, its displacement is 18 tons, and it’s got so many features that you’ll be swimming in em. Or you would, but you’ll be on a YACHT.

The Best Render of a Yacht I’ve Ever Seen

Everyone has at least one yacht. I have six. But for those who want a yacht that’s unlike their other yachts, there’s the SENTORI 58R. The SENTORI 58R is a flybridge motor yacht, with three decks, a length of about 18m and a displacement of 28to. And it’s totally phat.

An Island of Yacht

An Island of Yacht

Behold one gigantic yacht for the folks of the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. This is “Landscape,” a yacht made to provide an ideal location for you to have fun on the boat and off, no comfort done without. The Landscape is a 75 meter trimaran with a 20 meter beam. Huge, giant, unbelievably magnificently large. There’s a staircase into the sea, a sun deck, a lounge and dining area under a canopy, a giant main deck with open floor, and cabins, galley, conference room below.

Haute Yacht

Haute Yacht

If the Transformers Autobots could add a yacht to their crew, chances are it would look like something like this. The Epiphany has all of the amenities of a well-bred luxury yacht and the seductive styling of a sexy club, however, it’s paramount feature is the ability to instantly transform from streamlined speed demon to titillating pleasure boat…

Tiny Slick Little Yacht

Tiny Slick Little Yacht

You know, of all the things I thought I’d be writing about in my life, I never thought it’d be yachts. Yet, here Yanko Design, I’ve certainly seen my fair share. We’ve got yachts from here to there, yachts everywhere! Do a search for just the word “yacht” and you’ll see what I mean. The yacht you’re about to look at goes by the name “The Little Tender” and it’s designed by a mister Niels Caris. It’s a fast 22 foot long boat inspired by classic Italian Aqua Riva, and it’s slick as heck.

Yacht for Entertaining

Yacht for Entertaining

Yet another intriguing concept from yacht enthusiast Hyun-Seok Kim. The Voronoi mega-yacht is named after the voronoi pattern of the irregular honeycomb lattice structure that encases it’s upper levels. This yacht was made to entertain. Hot tubs and golfing green occupy the upper deck and within the lattice on the bridge deck lies an indoor garden and luxurious pool area. The interior has all the creature comforts of home and then some. It even has a sleek emergency vessel for a stylish evacuation, but hopefully the captain’s only worry will be avoiding those honeycomb tan lines.

Explorer Yacht

Explorer Yacht

The Open Water 60 M combines the amenities of a luxury yacht & the storage capabilities of a long-distance cruiser into one superyacht with an explorer-ship aesthetic. The exterior is straightforward & follows a modern expression of form, an upcoming trend in yacht design. In the cabin, modern interior design, traditional elements, & surfaces of wood, stone, & metal fuse to create a strong contrast in texture & color while floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize the open living arrangement.

Kite Sailing Yacht

Kite Sailing Yacht

The Kite Sailing Kitano Yacht designed by Stefani Krucke introduces kite sailing technology to the leisure sailing yacht class and benefits from the many advantages that technology has to offer. One of them being the constant and stronger wind speeds found at higher altitudes.

Super-Yacht With a Surprise

Super-Yacht With a Surprise

Eduard Gray’s high-performance 38m yacht concept is so sexy it will leave you drooling for more. Impeccable exterior styling is characterized by dramatic curves met with sharp edges that come together in symmetrical perfection. As if the yacht weren’t enough, it even comes with it’s own matching super sports car that fits snugly within the stern garage (yes, I said garage). You’ve got to see this bad boy, so hit the jump!

Big Boat Dragovic Yacht

Big Boat Dragovic Yacht

With a name like Vuk Dragovic, one doesn’t need to go very far to find a unique name for any sort of design they’ve made and need to name. However! Dragovic does also happen to be a world-class name-creator too, so the concept you’re about to look at goes by the name “Atreides Yacht” and lives up to the elegance of the letters that title it. And it’s got some radical innovation on it’s side too, hooray! And not just in the greener section of things. It’s got a fully extendable shallow pool that shoots out the back.

Double Yacht Time

Double Yacht Time

Yachts for days! I always love a good yacht design. This one goes by the name Submerge and is a 150′ catamaran powerboat. It means business. It’s what they call “the best of both worlds” because not only is it an advanced yacht design, it’s got submarine-like qualities as well. It’s got two decks, one above and one below, creating a double world for the client to immerse themselves in the sea in so many ways more than one. Behold.

Unusual Inspiration for a Yacht

Unusual Inspiration for a Yacht

Designer Alex McDiarmid’s challenge in creating this 150 foot yacht concept was to combine unusual inspirations with seaworthy practicality to produce a megayacht that exhibits adventurous styling and still maintains sportiness and agility. While guests enjoy an open plan interior, fully integrated entertainment, and accomodations for twelve visitors and eight crew members, the exterior is the truly the highlight of this luxury yacht. Influenced by non-nautical elements such as origami, it is the Sydney Opera House that is most apparent in it’s modern expressionist design.

Yacht So Green it's Alien

Yacht So Green it’s Alien

I think it’s been 10 years or more since I heard a Looney Tunes reference of this caliber. This eco-sustainable catamaran yacht goes by the name “Marvin the Martian.” It measures in at 50 feet long and is hulled of sassy white fiberglass. Designer Maria Malindretou-Vika’s (herein referred to as M.V.) goal in this project was to create a boat capable of being both autonomous and self-sufficient in energy. M.V. does this and makes one fabulous yacht in the process.
