Tipper trucks haven’t change much in the last century so designer Haishan Deng took it upon himself to create the Super Tipper Truck. Current tipper trucks can only unload their cargo one way. This usually requires the driver to maneuver ever so carefully. With the Super Tipper, door access on all four sides allow it to dump its junk in any direction.

Firehouses shoot insane amounts of water generating enough pressure to knock a man over but sometimes even that isn’t enough. The Jet Spray is a hose attachment that amplifies water pressure and increases range by 30 meters. The extra range would be helpful for aerial dispatches or from neighboring buildings – any where typical ladders can’t reach. The mechanism is quite simple, powered by a pressurized gas tank. The real question is when can I get one of these babies for my next water gun fight? Pew pew pew!

Looks like not being Chinese means missing out on a lot of fun, I don’t even know what Jiong is! Apparently its a Chinese character that sports a half-smiling and half-fainting face, and is very popular on Internet. People use its caricature as an emoticon to display shock and dramatize a situation. Designer Haikun Deng plans to make a drama queen out of Jiong cause she has fashioned it to “commit suicide” if you slam the door shut! SLAM and the bl@@dy door knob hits you hard in your hands!

Designer Haikun Deng designed a toilet seat with a built-in digital scale but her rationale behind its conception is a bit counter productive. It’s designed for women who are constantly monitoring their weight. The need to feel skinny is satisfied every time they finish the “doo.”

The Chain Power Strip caters so well to our plug-ing needs that I’m completely sold on the idea! The strip is like a chain link so it can fit different sizes of plugs plus one of the modular fittings accommodates USB hook up. Now isn’t that clever!

A close cousin of the Mechanical Mobile, the revOlve cellphone loves to spin. A notch up as far as physical design goes, the main differentiating factor are the detachable components that can be upgraded and recycled when necessary. I love the sleek holster and the way you can buckle the phone to your waist loop. Let’s spin and wait for the magical mechanics to take over!
