I’m An Origami Master!

I made these chairs with giant sheets of origami paper. See how talented I am! Actually, the chair was designed by Enoc Armengol (awesome name!) and Arnau Miquel (equally awesome!) and was inspired by origami. It’s made out of a single sheet of stainless steel carefully folded to create a geometric, harmonious chair. It’s gorgeous IMO. For an added touch of luxury and elegance, the whole thing is finished off in black or white leather. I’m going to try and make 4 miniature ones and train my hamsters to sit in them.

Flavoring My Tossed Salad :)

I’m probably one of the few people who doesn’t like adding salt and pepper to my salads because I prefer sweet nutty flavors. Something like ginger honey vinaigrette or a sesame pear dressing. However many salad aficionados won’t do a salad without salt and pepper so to make tossing one a little more convenient, these Pepperfork and Saltspoon utensils are the perfect set.

Modular Living On Barcelona’s River

The focus of this project is to have happy homes across the fluvial surroundings of Barcelona. Self-efficient loft units measuring 45m2 that are solar-powered and completely energy self-efficient, look pleasant enough to dot the landscape. The basic premise is to use one single multi-purpose open space which gets partitioned into the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a deck. It has a studio apartment vibe, albeit on the river. Proposed to be sold at 80.000 € / unit, it’s a playground for the rich and famous!

Glass Flower Pot

Botanists have secrets and we must learn them. Did you know some plants perform better when their roots are directly exposed to sunlight? A common example is the popular orchid. Every time I buy one, it dies within weeks. The Life Pot is a clear glass container that shows subsoil growth. That plant’s roots become part of the sculptural element. Don’t worry about breaking it because it’s made from Pyrex glass.
