A helmet that’s made to protect your head with the intelligent design of thousands of years of animal evolution. The armadillo (aka the Tatoo) has not one large shell, but many little plates for protecting it’s hide from danger. The Tatoo helmet uses not one giant piece of plastic and foam to protect the head, but many little ones, protection provided courtesy of EPP : expanded polypropylene.

Here’s the thing, you know you have to recycle waste, and many of us go through the motions, but there’s a percentage that finds excuses for not doing so. With the Braun Envi urban dustbin, you are actually doing your bit by “promoting composting from biodegradable waste.” Basically when you toss your apple core into this bin, bio-reactive substances based on photo catalysis start doing their job and rehashes the trash as compost. The substances also remove odors and speed up the process.

MHS Electronics has created the UV rays detector to measure and keep information about the time people spend under the sun to prevent skin and eyes diseases such as melanoma. If you think you can cheat, think again. All the information gets linked up with your doctor. The device comes in a ring form factor for easy wearability and because hands are the most exposed body part to the sun. To keep information synced and the ring charge, just place it on top of its USB powered dock.
