Zero Has Some Value

Zero Has Some Value

Zero has an enormous amount of value when you are calculating and even on your ruler. The specialized Zero Point Ruler places “0” plum in the center of the stick so that it’s easy to measure out or draw lines. Traditionally rulers or scales start off with “0” flushed to the left; this ruler has it placed in the center as a matter of convenience. Wonder if it will make any difference to your measuring skills! BTW, there is a solar panel running along one length of the scale, and no specific reason mentioned. Anyone willing to venture a guess?

Not Another Brick In The Wall

Not Another Brick In The Wall

The Save Water Brick design is really unique; the brick is a mixture of discarded plastic bottles and dried rotting leaves molded into bricks. There are funnels within the brick to channelize the rain water to nearby plants or underground tanks. So the basic idea is that it collects rainwater for consumption. Obviously the bricks are intended for external walls so that they can absorb the water, but the question is will they be strong enough to endure the elements?

Some irons do have indents on the side, allowing you to kinda skim around the sweet spot, but it ain’t got a Full U like the “U-Button Iron”. Hit the special button the iron and voilà! The tip retracts to reveal a U that slides under the button to give you a fully ironed shirt.
