More than a Bike Bell

More than a Bike Bell

We’ve all forgotten where we parked the car at some point, but if you’ve ever forgotten where you’ve locked up your bike then you know it can be an even worse nightmare trying to find it! No alarm to trigger. Hard to spot amongst other bikes. Not fun! Until now… the 24h FROLIC: Bluetooth Bike Bell + App is an ingenious addition to your bicycle that’s actually a GPS locator in disguise. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy tech to pair with your phone. Once the signal has been broken it pins your bike’s location on a map. Just pull up the app to locate!

Perfectly Warm Cup

Perfectly Warm Cup

The Inex is a curious form for a cup. It sports a handle that is rounded up like a cover. I can picture me warming my hands with a hot cuppa java, sitting in front of the fireplace…however its summers now, so the heat is kinda evaporating that vision. Maybe I should revisit this design in winters; what do you say?

Simple Kid Lifesaver

Simple Kid Lifesaver

Whether by accident or oversight, numbers of children die from heatstroke after being left unattended in cars. It’s an unfortunate yet completely avoidable situation, especially with help from smart-devices. This simple solution is one way of ensuring children are never forgotten. The 3-piece design detects the presence of a child with an under-seat sensor. In the event that a parent or guardian strays too far away, a signal is sent to the keychain unit where they receive both a vibrating & audible alarm reminder.

Crazy About Concrete

Crazy About Concrete

The functionalities of these two different objects are pretty straightforward: one is a silverware organizer and one is a bedside table. But what really sets them apart is a unique material combination of fiber-concrete and raw wood that’s just plain beautiful! For it’s own foodie-flair, the table features one molded recess for a coffee mug and one for cutlery or napkins. Underneath, there’s even a tray-box to hide breakfast-in-bed when you’re finished!

Editor's Note - Men's Performance Clothing ISAORA, Episode 12

Editor’s Note – Men’s Performance Clothing ISAORA, Episode 12

I discovered ISAORA a few months ago and feel lame for being so late in the game. The designs are minimal, technical, and performance oriented. After a Google Hangout with the 2 founders, I got my hands on some of the items; the surfer inspired collab with Thomas Meyerhoffer called SURFORWRD and the Mac coat from the RAINWEAR collection. What an awesome blend of technical fabrication and style! I’m a huge fan and convert now. Hit it us up tomorrow for my interview with them
