Faucet Buddy Tells You About Water

Faucet Buddy Tells You About Water

Faucet Buddy is a cool little chrome gadget you latch onto you existing sink fixtures. It tells you how hot or cold the water is so those morning surprises are no more. Of course, just like any real buddy it’ll tell you if you’re a water rat; wasting our natural precious resources.

Are You Jealous Yet Linus?

Are You Jealous Yet Linus?

Squareplay is a tactile, changeable playground for children and their parents. It is a didactic tool, an empirical item, and an object of entertainment, creation, recreation, and relaxation. (Not my words)

A Little Disorder to Your Wardrobe?

A Little Disorder to Your Wardrobe?

Absolutely! With this new funky and fun design by Paula Studio from Rome Italy. WARDROM is all about creating disorder something fun – forget about what others say. How many times have we been in such a hurry, that whatever we have on gets thrown on the floor when we change into something else? Time is lacking in placing it back in the closet or drawers. Yet WARDROM invites us to throw our clothes randomly at it.

Saverclip Shames Your Electricity Usage

Saverclip Shames Your Electricity Usage

The Saverclip is a clothespin like device that reads electric usage on any power cable it’s clipped onto. Say for example the slow cooker crock pot you leave on all day. How much power is it actually using and would the results make you change your mind to using something faster, like a pressure cooker?

If Apple Made A Foleo

If Apple Made A Foleo

Ah Foleo, the infamous Palm Smartphone computer assistant we’ll never see. Sure the hardware was lackluster and left people wondering why they would carry yet another device around, especially one so underpowered. Of course, maybe if Palm had some of that Apple magic, they’d come up with something like the iFolio.

A Persian Puzzle

A Persian Puzzle

I love puzzles, especially jigsaw type puzzles. I also love Persian Rugs, but the cost of them can sometimes be quite overwhelming. Thanks to Katrin Sonnleitner, I can have the best of both worlds. With her new design, The Persian Puzzle Rug, anyone who loves both the rugs and puzzles can enjoy putting together their own rug made from cut out pieces of recycled, natural and synthetic rubber.

Geeky Gambling

Geeky Gambling

Snap! It’s a USB flash drive that looks like a domino but the disguise serves a purpose. Each white dot denotes 1 gig of memory used. Not sure how useful that is but at least you’ll be ready for an impromptu street corner game of dominos.

Oh look, another use for RFID tags! The WineTeller is a fancy wine opener smart enough to read RFID enabled corks! The embedded LCD display translates “wine language” into laymen terms because not everybody knows what a coulure or vignoble means.
