Today, Nokia revealed the Nokia 5700 XpressMusic, an accessible 3G smartphone augmented by a dedicated audio chip for enhanced music performance. The Nokia 5700 XpressMusic features an iconic twist design that easily switches between four modes at the flick of the wrist – music player, 2 Megapixel camera, video call and smartphone.

It is primarily voice-activated, has only three buttons, and minimal function: send/receive calls and text messages. To send text, Speech to Text Transcription system is used. The three sliding buttons are made of Polycarbonate plates with OLED screens, and an LCD screen under the buttons shows detailed messages and directions. Users slide the plate with a shown indicator upward. The outer screen communicates between users, while the inner screen communicates between user and phone system.

Samsung today showcased the high-class Bluetooth Headset (WEP 420), designed by Bang & Olufsen, for the first time at CeBIT 2007 in Hanover, Germany. The latest Bluetooth headsets are elegantly designed and have superb sound quality. To offer simplistic design and usability, the WEP 420′s buttons are hidden behind a sliding cover.

The bracelet vibrates slightly when it receives messages, then you can easily take it off from your wrist and press the keystroke which looks like a diamond. To pick up or make a telephone call is just that easy. The whole process makes your own personality outstanding and looks very elegant at the same time. Although looks ordinary, the bracelet has plenty of functions.

Asus Aura, produced by Hungarian design company Egy Studio for Taiwanese vendor. It was clearly inspired by iPhone, although it has some interesting innovations addressing commonly mentioned shortcomings of Apple’s cellphone. Features of Asus Aura include – a sliding QWERTY keyboard that should make text entry much easier, 3,9 touchscreen covering the whole surface of the phone, 2 megapixel camera, microSD memory card slot, GSM, UMTS, HSDPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
