Pock-it

Pock-it

Don’t get it mixed up with Post-it because it’s not. It’s a Pock-it. Same idea with a twist. Three sides of the stickie are well… sticky forming a little pocket. Great idea when you want to tell your roommate “rent is due, leave money in here”.

Take A Look At Yanko Design Office

Take A Look At Yanko Design Office

One of the questions I get asked a lot is how does my office look like. So today I quickly took some pictures of my office! As you can see and maybe you will notice from the contents I chose to publish on my site that I tend to like the minimalist design or the scandinavian design.

Don't Intrude On My Personal Zone

Don’t Intrude On My Personal Zone

We all have it, what people call the “personal space” or “zone” – the area around us that if impeded on makes us uncomfortable. The Eclipse Office Partitioning System was developed to address the issue of privacy and lack there-of in open plan designs seen in workplaces today.

Jazzing Up Push Pins

Jazzing Up Push Pins

Poke is a push pin cushion that’s supposed to look like a naked porcupine. It’s up to you to create something that actually resembles the animal. Not exactly highly conceptual and I can’t believe that something like this doesn’t already exist but it does have one thing going for it. The cushion is made from a material that won’t wear out from you constantly sticking pins in it. Joy!

Just 6mm Thin

Just 6mm Thin

Thinner creates the illusion of a thin, weightless surface. Thinner is a table characterized by the elegance of its slender dimensions – just 6 mm of white compact laminate. To gain the required stability the table was constructed like the wing of an aeroplane. Simply sleek and stunning.

Can Never Be Too Low Tech

Can Never Be Too Low Tech

People have got their fancy digital pens, white boards, and tablets when they need to jot down notes quickly but sometimes, having a piece of scrap paper by the phone is just better. The Memo Pad Phone takes that old school tech and sorta brings it into the 21st century.

Who Ate My Pencil

Who Ate My Pencil

In 1847 Therry des Estwaux invented the pencil sharpener. The design since hasn’t change much. It basically consists of a razor blade fastened to a cone. 8 (ATE) is a double – bladed stainless steel pencil sharpener which effectively sharpens both thick and thin pencils. One inserts the pencil into one of the holes, and twists the pencil while holding the sharpener steady. The inbuilt blade shaves the wood and also prevents the tip from breaking.
