EB-0lution

EB-0lution

The EB-0 is an exotic evolution of the modern electric motorcycle that features high-performance bi-motor power delivered independently to each wheel. Other innovations include a windscreen-projected control panel and mean-looking high powered LED headlamps. A see-through “tank” and super-clean tail section emphasize its petrol-free power and give it a look that’s entirely different from other gas-powered and electric bikes alike.

If you’re one of those motorcycle purists who are more inclined to classic styling & time-proven mechanics, then… this is NOT the bike for you! The Revolver forces us to throw away everything we know about moto. At the heart of the design lies a revolving chamber where backup air tanks are stored in sequence to power its compressed-air engine. Like this unique motor, the rest of the bike is likely to be alien to most riders. The only thing you might recognize are the handlebars & tires- and that’s precisely its appeal!

After 20 years of Superbike racing, and to celebrate an official comeback to professional competition, Alstare presents the 1st concept bike in his history with help from Rusak Kreaktive Designworks. To create the ideal sportbike, the machine blends innovative structural design with cutting-edge aesthetics. Using a revolutionary suspended chassis, integrated front suspension, sculpted deflectors, and other enhancements, this new vision reinvigorates Team Alstare’s already avant-garde image and team spirit.

Ducati + Audi = Ducaudi

Ducati + Audi = Ducaudi

Ever since last year’s acquisition of Ducati Motors by German auto giant Audi, people have been speculating as to what exactly might spawn from this moto(r) merger. French designer Thibault Devauze, in collaboration with his brother Marc Devauze and modeler Clement Couvreur, have conjured up the Audi Motorrad. A clear shot at rival BMW’s Motorrad motorcycle group. This forward thinking design is packed with a Ducati-derived 850cc, L-Twin cylinder, 4 valve per cylinder, Desmodromic 2-cylinder engine coupled with a double clutch gearbox.

The Ducati Hunter

The Ducati Hunter

I love my Triumph and rarely give second glances to other supersports, but daaayum this bike would get more than a head turn from me! Stylistically, the Arac ZXS looks something like a hybrid of Jap brands and the Italian Ducati, none of which hold a match to the ZXS’s extremely robust body and aggressive stance. This v-twin beast is 100% street fighter. As with any concept, it’s hard to say what the performance is like, but judging by the mean look on its face, it’s probably safe to say that it’s somewhere between breathtaking and heart-stopping.

Modern Chopper

Modern Chopper

I know what you’re thinking – is this a cruiser or sportsbike? Well, the answer is yes to both. The TT New Generation Chopper has the characteristic elongated frame, stretched fork and low-rider look of other choppers, but stands out with a simpler, cleaner and more modern aesthetic that’s closer to a super sport. Subtle and elgant, but just as mean!

Extreme E-Bike

Extreme E-Bike

The Roskva electric motorcycle is a fresh, thrilling concept… sure to engage the hearts of young motorcyclists and supermoto enthusiasts alike. The naked-style bike features sharp, angular bodywork, a monocoque carbon fiber chassis and an open, streamlined back end that’s made even cleaner as it lacks an exhaust. Powered by twin 94hp motors, the bike emulates the feel of a combustion engine bike and has state of the art chassis, suspension and brakes that many other e-bikes lack.

Naked Electrocycle

Naked Electrocycle

The BOLT concept motorbike is a beautiful combination of  the polished and sophisticated features of naked-style sports tourers and the streetfighter stance of supersports. The minimal aesthetic is somewhat deceiving as dual electric motors put out around 80kw, launching the bike with an amazing amount of torque. Other features like a clear digital display and stunning LED lighting effects leave little to be desired.

Monocasco Again!

Monocasco Again!

The Monocasco Concept Bike is an electric version inspired by the original Ossa monocasco bike of Santiago Herrero. Reliving the legacy of the legendary Sabtiago, who died racing his Ossa in the 1970 Grand Prix, this bike is a fitting tribute. The story goes that Ossa abandoned racing altogether after this tragedy.

Hubless Wonder

Hubless Wonder

Miroslav Hundak’s FB R2000S concept is loosely based on the BMW R1200S, a Boxer model renowned for sporting performance and dynamic riding characteristics. The athletic look of the FB R2000S is contrasted with a particular touch of lightness in the form of not 2, but 3 hubless wheels with independent suspension and minimal fairings that in combination simply exude power and dynamism. Engineers will have their rightful criticisms, but there’s no denying that it looks fun to ride! Hit the jump for a sweet vid!

Electromagnetic Propulsion Bikes

Electromagnetic Propulsion Bikes

The Pandur 2L and Modelul Le aren’t quite motorcycles but we can’t call them “two-wheelers” either. In fact, “two-ballers” would be a more appropriate name. The vehicles are based on an electromagnetic propulsion system that involves the movement of a sphere inside a shell and suspension given by the electric field between the body and each sphere. Contact is only found between rider and vehicle body as well as the spherical rubber exterior and road.

Quick Change Cycle

Quick Change Cycle

The M2 electric racing motorcycle by designer Pedro Marcondes is one slick looking street bike. I’m loving the athletic stance and round spokes, but what really sets it apart is its race-ready construction. 6 sub-divided cells make it easy to remove, repair, or replace integral components during those time-critical pit stops.
