The Smart Aid doesn’t focus on shopping deliveries (yet), rather, it aims to provide preliminary medical aid to those in need before paramedics arrive. The unique tri-copter design is also capable of maneuvering to areas unreachable by medic teams. Check out the vid to see how it works!

Swim Safe App

Swim Safe App

Everyone loves the beach, especially kids… but parents know that it can be just as dangerous as it is fun! The Harvey Swim Harness app combination now lets parents rest assure that their little ones will be safe playing in the surf. The child’s smart-harness relays GPS and heart rate/breathing vitals to the system which is accessible via parents’ smartphones. Every child wearing a harness is visible to anyone viewing the app, so other parents are alerted anytime a nearby child is in danger to ensure they have the maximum chance of rescue.

Designed for natural disaster situations, the Emertest offers a solution that saves valuable time easily and conveniently. And what better animal to base the design on than…. the leech. Not as gross as it sounds – check it out!

Breathe Right with Help from the Earth

Breathe Right with Help from the Earth

The DSI dry salt inhaler enables a natural treatment of respiratory diseases by using natural salt crystals from Europe’s largest salt mine in Parajd, Romania. A special feature of this biocompatible medical product is its special membrane, which prevents air from being blown back into the device, causing condensation. The one-way safety valve prevents the salt from contamination and accustoms the user to the right breathing technique in order to achieve the maximum therapeutic effect.

UnCasted Cast

UnCasted Cast

It’s bad enough that you have broken your arm and have to be out of action for almost three to four weeks; you also have to endure an unsightly cast. Unless something like this really tech-enabled U-Cast pops up! Totally impressed by its innovative approach of incorporating design into something very medical.

Ultimate Disposal Of Gloves

Ultimate Disposal Of Gloves

Just rip them! Reuse of surgical cloves is strictly prohibited and yet we see many indulge in this malpractice. The only way to ensure that the gloves don’t get reused is to tear them. The Safe Cut Surgical Glove’s design has a provision to tear them from the palm-side. A tab cuts through the latex when the gloves are removed. This will prevent both unintentional and intentional reuse of the gloves.
