The idea is everlasting, the product is literally volatile. The usage of the product is very simple and straight forward. The only thing you will need is a little bit of patience. Fruits, desserts and salads will be presented as bowls of ice. And this is how it works: put two bowls of different diameter into one another, fill the gap in between the bowls with water, fix with tape and place in the freezer.

Omero - Starship Magazine Holder by Gomez Paz

Omero – Starship Magazine Holder by Gomez Paz

Omero is a curious three-legged object in aluminum and stainless steel, mirror polished. Its unusual shape makes it appear to be a sculpture, or a starship, but it is a surprising magazine holder. Newspapers and magazines fit perfectly between its rings, hanging suspended in mid-air like paper flowers.

Norwegian Forest Table Light by Catherine Kullberg

Norwegian Forest Table Light by Catherine Kullberg

Norwegian Forest lights draw on a classic Scandinavian tradition of using thin birch strips for lighting. Norwegian Forest lights show a deep pine forest with animals in light and shade. An eagle registers movement on the ground is it prey or predator When lit, the blonde birch veneer shines with a warm glow, and the delicately cut forest motif allows white light to filter out between the highlights of the trees.

Melt Candle Shade by Stephen Reed

Melt Candle Shade by Stephen Reed

Glass shade and ceramic reservoir fit on the rim of a lit candle, following the level of the flame as the candle burns down. Dedon Yin Yang Furniture by Nicolas Thomkins

Dedon Yin Yang Furniture by Nicolas Thomkins

Dedon has designed a completely unconventional collection of furniture that has its origins in the harmony of forms: the Dedon Signature Collection, Yin Yang. The idea came to designer Nicolas Thomkins on the Island of Cebu’s beach of Olango. He sketched out the first draft of the design in the sand with a stick: a piece of furniture made up of two elements that appear as if they were formed by nature like stones worn down by water or sand dunes shaped by the wind.
