There is a lot of scope for improvement in the light-switch industry. Intuitive touch sensitive panels have replaced the click-on click-off types. All you need is deep pockets and a sense of aesthetics to incorporate panels like the Revio. The panel boasts of eight program scene buttons, power button, dim/bright control, infrared receiver, program from iCAN network, flash memory, panel ‘clean’ switch and more!

Who Knew Medical 1984 Could be So Fun!

I kid, I kid. But here’s a product that regulates and records the time and amount of your medication intake. It’s a cute little thing, yes? It’s got a capsule with pills (or shall I say Capshell, the name of the concept), that you load into the holder. The holder then dispenses the pills with an easy turn. Simple enough?

Have you rented a house lately? I’ve noticed something about rental places. They all (most) have just those white or yellow full old fridges. Made for people who have eyes on long tendrils. Or for hotdish, which I do not object to. Anyway. What we’ve got here is what modern folks in living situations (everyone in the world) should get their paws on for kitchen time. The “Celsius” – modular refrigeration unit.

Future Cars Best Served Cold Hearted

Imagine yourself on that lukewarm desert highway. The year: 2020. The time of day: dusk. You’re cruzin USA, thinkin nothing can harm a hombre like you in a place like this. Just then you see the flashing lights of a RT20 police mobile. You lay on the gas, thinking noone can catch you, “el Mexico!” But you just got served. Served up cold. Because you just got passed. By the RT20 highway patrol.

The Brave Little Light Cable

The entire cord is stays whichever way you style it. It’s got a flexible electrical lining that allows the entire chord to take part in the way the lamp sits. It’s like, totally alive. Every style is unique. Not like those crappy normal lights. Think of all the things you could use this for! I’d bring it with constructing with me. Next we need it to have some A.I. in there so it could go the next step: follow me around and totally snake smart.

Self-Sustaining Urban Area Abode Chapeau

Hydroponic Greenhouse. Turns air we breath out into air we can breath in. Uses solar-powered turbines to pump this air. Converts (biodegradable) human waste into food for plants. Plants are edible by humans. Greenhouse creates condensation which is collected for aquarium-dwelling animals, also edible by humans and hamsters.

For the Scoot People with Too Much Luggage

Though the classic cross-city bike messanger method / character / lifestyle will never be trumped by a motorized vehicle, one can dream of a nicer* way to carry one’s briefcase to work. *Nicer, in this case, meaning, gosh, I have to go to work every day, but it’s only a short distance. I’d sure like a more eco-friendly ride, but I have too much to carry!

Zaha Hadid Created This Hot Mess

I’ll keep this straight forward. This shoe is the result from a collaboration between renowned architect Zaha Hadid and Brazilian fashion label Melissa. As with any Zaha Hadid design, the sweeping conundrums are rightly apparent and I hate it. It took Hadid 2 years to come up with this? I’m aware those organic arcs hug the foot perfectly but whenever architects try to create fashion, they birth deconstructive genius like Rae Kawakubo or total disasters like this concoction.

Who Chewed My Slippers?

When you’re in a spa for some reconditioning, the least of your worries should be the appropriate footwear. Let the spa you’re getting your overhaul worry about the right gear for your feet. When you move from the massage table to the sauna, just worry about your towel dear. Like the Imperial SPA Hotel in Karlovy Vary have designer gear by Ondřej Václavík. Awesome colors and shape mask the ergonomic dynamics of slippers on wet floor.

Best Ever Button on Some Fancy Meeting Desk

Look at that coffee button. Makes you just want to push it. Push it real good. Ugh. Yeah. Baby. Coffee. But then, also look at what we have here: it’s an interactive meeting desk. Everyone can get along with it. It is called “Meet.Able,” and it is here to turn all your important papers into virtual reality where they can be taken hostage by Max Headroom.

Coverflow goes Manual

Without getting into an audiophiles debate over music formats, it’s fair to say that for many of us, our music collection still exists in a physical form. Most of these collections I would guess do more dust gathering than anything else. Designer Li Jianye is attempting to breathe new life into such collections with his predictably titled “iShelf”. The iShelf brings Apple’s coverflow to your physical collection, displaying your choice albums in the now universally recognized format.
