Here’s a table that will take all of your dining room table needs and put them in a nice clean package that was made perfect by machines who knew exactly what they were doing. This table goes by the name P_46, totally unassuming and ready to be picked up by the wild-naming community of copywriters our design world has to offer – made also as an office table, so perhaps “Dualie?”

There’s a vintage paradigm of tableware that may need to be reinvented to better suite modern living. “Slice” adopts the idea of transmutive tableware – soft plastic that can change form from cups to plates to bowls by using agraffes. It’s space efficient and much easier to clean when everything is essentially the same shape when unfurled. I love the idea.

Take a peek at this set of two steel fruit bowls that become one in the connecting. They slot together horizontally OR vertically. They can be connected in several ways that allow for lovely parties and all sorts of item placements. Stripe patterns and containers galore! These bowls have been manufactured by making the hemisphere using spun steel tech, then by creating slots using a three-dimensional laser cutting machine.

If you’re the sort of person who carries wine around all day, you know it can indeed get quite perilous. You want to bring that wine around the place but you’re not in to the idea of it crashing down around your feet. You’re also not about the idea of carrying around in a shopping bag. So what do you do? You pick up some Wine Up Series wine transportation products. Carry that red and white in style, grace, and perfect safety.

This Basic Dining Chair is inspired by the Korean letter shape “Zi-Ut.” There’s a playful balance between traditional Asian forms and Dutch mid-century cues. There’s something Eames-ish about it too and it’s one of those chairs that looks good from every angle. Just check out that profile. Gorge!

There are few people on this planet who really know what a perfect cup of tea tastes like. I imagine I’m one of them, after reading the process this designer explains in telling us about this new project by the name of “The Perfect Cup.” The designer, Callum Kenny, informs us that 64 million cups of tea are enjoyed every 24 hours. Of those masses of cups, how many have taken time and care enough to create the perfect cup? Not many, I bet.

You know the ones. These ones are much different, aside from the size. This one’s got a giant handle with which you can remember your soup tasting of yore. Taste everything your heart can possibly desire.

The Sunflower Lunchbox is a cute solar-powered appliance that heats and cools food items at the same time. A collapsible petals-like contraption (laced with solar cells) is used to trap the solar energy, which is then stored in an internal battery. With the simple touch of a button, you can then heat or cool down the contents within the individual boxes. It’s an ideal lunchbox for those fussy about eating piping hot food and solid cold drinks!

The See With Fingertips is a specialized plate for the blind, to help them feel around the food-plate with hands and eat confidently, without spills. The thoughtful shape of each niche is quite interesting and I feel this idea can be extended to toddlers getting their grips on independent eating. What do you think?

The Dervish Coffee Cup takes inspiration from the Sufi Saints and their attire. Flowing robes that spin around as they twirl to their enchanting music! This essence is captured perfectly in the coffee-cup set of two. The double-walled porcelain cup gives a safe grip, making the cup handle an unnecessary attachment. Thanks to the curvilinear form of the plate, it is very easy to hold and carry. Once together, the two parts transform into a single, fluent form, preventing any risk of spilling. I’d love to have a set for myself!

Serve snacks in a small dish and hide waste in the collection dish underneath. It’s perfect for olives, shelled nuts, and endamame beans. It can also be used as two separate dishes. Ooh – dishwasher safe and available in three color combinations: white and green, full green, full white.

Right here is a tumbler called the Green Smart Glass, and it’s meant for the cuppa addicts to put their piping hot beverage to good use. Most often people wait for their hot drinks to cool down a bit before consuming it. Now if they were to use this smart glass, then the heat loss process would be harnessed into an energy form, to be used later. While the technical details are very aptly described in the images, for you to ponder on, my only concern is the cleaning process. Will the glass withstand the dishwasher…or do we have to come up with a solution!
