One of the pranks that you could play with your friends travelling by air is to slip this pill-sized box into their hand luggage. The pill box actually holds a folded sheet of razor! Yup a disposable razor that neatly rolls up into a pill! Which is obviously not allowed in hand luggage. Convenient, hygienic and safe!

It was about time that someone came up with this, I mean we are in the portable era! Stick POP is a portable printer that can handle a small amount of load. You can’t overburden it with all your documents, just a small stash that you need pronto. Measuring 23 cm by 6 cm, it’s easy to fit it in your handbag. Just hook it up to your comp /device via USB and get printing! Oh, and an OLED screen on the bar displays the printing status.

So you don’t want to join pencil stubs and make a long pencil. No worries, we have another alternative, how about using them to print on paper. Yes, like a printer that uses pencil to print your documents. Traditional don’t you think? I feel the concept gets even more radical because it proposes the use of eraser to erase off mistakes! Do I hear my office scream in delight; no more cartridge woes!

Just a pillow to lay my head to rest on, ah if only life were that simple! Sometimes we need to indulge in hoodwinking practices to rest our minds and body, fool them with external forces. The Pillow’s Degree Celsius falls prime into this category. It’s got heating, massager, aroma dispenser and solar charging options. All for the benefit of a good night’s sleep! Counting sheep and meditation be damned!

Unless you are one of those twisted minds that create art out of pencil stubs, the normal routine would be to discard them. But from now on, you can become a pencil stub collector. The 1 + 1 = 1 is no mathematical error, but applied to this equation: 1 pencil stub + 1 pencil stub = 1 long pencil. Really functional and awesome!

A cross between the boombox on your shoulder and an MP3 player is the right description for the MU SPACE! Touted as this relaxation portable music system with a mat included, nirvana will be miles away if you use it to catch those forty winks at work! However, investing in the MU SPACE will be cheaper than Sleep Pods. After all it’s for the sake of stress-busting, relaxation & motivation of employees or pepping up complacent teens.

Neat name for a Switch + Socket system – One.One.Two! The idea behind this design is to give you a sleek multi-purpose socket so that you can use it to hook up the many devices you own, without going on socket-installation overdrive. The combo of course is of switch & socket, but what’s different is that it doesn’t use up-down motion to function; it uses a push up-down mechanism instead.

Pencil modification number one billion! It only makes sense that one of the longest lasting and most popular tools ever created by humankind would be the subject of such a giant amount of conceptual revisions. This one right here’s flat. More like it comes to a point. Not the one where you write out of, but along the whole stick. Makes it nicer to hold, they say, makes it harder to roll, they say.

It is with a hard heart that I write this post today. It has come to our attention that a design, The Pocket Light by Hyun Jin Yoon & Eun Hak Lee (Ryan Harc), was stolen, produced and sold unlicensed under another brand. The team at Yanko Design does not condone such activities and urge all readers to boycott any pocket light they may encounter. If you recollect, this light-design had gone viral on the net and had garnered much attention from the online community in 2008.

Diet charts are hard to monitor, but keeping a tab on what your power-hungry gizmos is not so cumbersome, easy in fact. You need stuff like the DIET WATT system to do the calculations for you. The DIET WATT_Sub keeps a tab on the plug of the gadget and displays consumption info in real time. It transmits the readings to the DIET WATT_Main, which is the hub of info and calculations for all your appliances. The idea is that the results will put you on this guilt trip and encourage your to conserve rather than squander our resources.
