How you can waste less water without reducing consumption!

Who doesn’t love a shower?! As great as they are, they’re also wasteful. Think about the amount of unused water wasted while you wait for it to warm up. For perspective… between all of us who shower, we could save up to a whopping 2 trillion liters per year. WaterDrop is a system by the designers at Esferic that helps do this by catching the otherwise wasted water for use in other areas. It attaches to the existing shower head or faucet and catches the water which can then be used for a variety of domestic purposes such as filling buckets for mopping, watering plants, flushing toilets and more. It’s made of thermoplastic polyurethane, so it’s as durable and strong as possible as well as 100% recyclable!

Unfortunately in many parts of the USA capturing waste water is illegal. Even clean waste like this cannot be diverted because it considered necessary to dilute the non clean water.

I really like WaterDrop! I think that is a great idea and I will try to buy one. Sense common applied to water consumption. Love it!
