The Acorn by Vasiliy Butenko transforms an ordinary cotton rope into an attractive, simple and inexpensive pendant lamp. The construction process is quick and easy an only requires the rope, a bottle and a bonding agent. The rope is wound around the bottle creating layers that don’t require an internal frame. Bright LEDs provide concentrated light that won’t burn the cotton. In a number of dark colors, it’s both soft and masculine.
