Cook, Chop, Clean and Serve from a Table
The kitchen in the future, say 2025, is not going to be more than a table! This is what most designers and even Electrolux predicts. Future Cook is an interactive unit that doubles up as a prep area, induction cook top with integrated food processor and a washing area. Using existing technologies, it will be possible to add quirky features like nutritional information of the food being cooked and electronic recipes, to the workstation. The idea is to be a ‘smart counter’ for folks who don’t have the luxury of time to cook. Interesting!

I am assuming that the water is controlled by the remote I see on the first picture. I want to design my own living space and I would make the sink bigger and smart so I can clean the food for preparing as well as for washing other things like plates, pots and utensils. Other wise ingenious.
