Poopy Problem in U.S. Landfills

Commonly used disposable diapers are a huge sustainability problem in the United States. Even before they reach landfills, the energy and resources used in their production is very intensive. On top of that, the economic burden of disposable diapers on low income families is extremely high. The solution? Go back to using cloth diapers, but what about the increased loads of laundry? Isn’t that bad for the environment too? Hit the jump. Moms know!
