This concept by Joachim Falck-Hansen aims to bring focus to urban safety in the form of an application that acts as a digital channel where citizens can be informed and filter criminal events in areas that are relevant to their interest or geographic location. Through the City Scars app users can share “digital witness” information to local authorities and neighbors about crime and other issues.
