Houndstooth Wall Shelving
You a houndstooth lover? You might like the Pied-de-Poule. A modular wall shelving unit that puts your favorite woven pattern up on display. It’s just a concept for the FLY design competition but careful thought was put into how it could be ecological manufactured and sold a low price. The units come in two colors made of laminated composite wood. Each piece is hung using only two screws and I suspect this would be a great way to bring interest to a sparse wall.

The concept is not recent design, but the same design interlocking itself to the core would have had much better reception

Blocks need to be black (not brown) to be considered houndstooth.
Fix that, and you’ll have Alabama football fans (or rather, their wives) knocking down your door.
