Not Your Mom’s Shelf
Well, sort of. Latvian designer Arthur Analt’s Shelf WOW was inspired by the Latvian ethnographic symbol “mara,” a representation of the love and safety given by a mother- and just like “mara,” WOW will cradle and keep all your personal belongings safe-n-sound! The shelf is bent from a single, specially cut aluminum sheet and powder coated in a number of brilliant colors.

Wow indeed. It took me a moment to wrap my head around those bends – very clever.
I assume the fasteners are concealed behind some of those folds, I like.
