Sterilize Water with Plasma Power
I love everything about the WOW Water Sterilizer – the design, concept, even the logo. If you’re as picky as I am about how clean your water is and don’t necessarily trust municipal sources, you’d probably buy something like this. By using electrolysis (aka Plasma Power) water is sterilized for drinking and cooking. SOLD. Send me one please.

I really like the idea of this…I also like that it looks like a small appliance so it won’t take up much space in the kitchen.

Electrolysis-based water purification is in the research paper phase with relatively little assessment. Papers found in 1998 and 2009.
Plasma Power is marketing bumpf.
Note that electrolysis doesn’t assist with turbidity, chemicals or viruses. Evidence around parasites is lacking as studies I found have only looked at bacteria.
This is only really useful for tapwater that isn’t chlorinated in combination with an in-home micro-filter.
Needs work.

it looks very useless, where can i get it?

Wouldn’t the production of hydrogen gas be a concern if you electrolyze water?

Thanks for the design review but please don’t perpetuate the absolute falsity that municipal water sources are suspect. They are safer than any bottled water available in any store. FDA vs EPA. Please research your mindset out of one of ignorance.

You seem to think that people do stuff only for the reality of your country? Now, that’s ignorance.

You can’t sterilize water. You can distill it, but as soon as it touches air after distillation, its no longer distilled. There is no such thing as 100% pure water, there is ALWAYS something else in it.
