I’m Rich With Memo Money
Fake Dollar bills are commonplace and illegal, but if you’re looking at playing pretend ‘I’m a Rich Korean’, then Money Memo is for you. Nothing earth-shattering about the concept, except that you get to show-off wads of Korean Won, albeit a note-pad version. Stash some in your pocket or wallet for handy note-takings (pun intended)!

10,000 won is only equivalent to about 8 or 9 dollars, USD. I wouldn't consider the people who are flaunting these in their wallets and pockets to want to be "rich", unless they've got a huge stack of 'em crammed in.
