I would really love to see one of these beasts hit the road as described. Your friends will need to be quite rich though, and it would be a good thing to develop a vehicle with mass appeal first (RV) then go on to the OEX-B, my suggestion. Along with the spare tyre hindering movement over undulating ground, the tyres themselves would mostlikely need to have more surface area for the sandier environments.
