I disagree, as although this shape isn't rounded, it is smooth and sinuous. It looks to me quite liquid and not at all severe.

Ugly and severe for a device that may well find it’s way to a room I spend most of my naked time in. The human being is rarely more vulnerable than when they’re in the bathroom. This is why we tend to have rounded, smooth shapes in there. (Look again, you’ll see it’s USUALLY true) While I see you applied studied design theories to your concept, you forgot to take into account the most important factor of any design project: How does this object’s use interact with common psychology? It’s all technique and no heart, is what I’m trying to say, and you will see the drawbacks in sales.

Jordan, your ideas are beautiful even if there yet does not exist available technology or bending of physics to enable it. The future is what holds the key to bringing these ideas to life, not narrow-minded criticism. Your designs are definitely a good step forwards into the future, whether or not they are practical. I'm sure you have already improved since then.
