What's a "sharp 360° angle"??? A 0°? If so, of course it won't "fuss" about it.
The car is not bad though, comes closer to the "small is better for most tasks" car which I would envision being a go-cart. Not sure if it should be a 2 seater though, since we're talking "ultra-crowded cities of the future", most of people today on highway drive alone... :(

Can’t find anything right about the ” the car can rotate on a sharp 360° angle with minimum fuss”. It’s certainly possible. The question is: will they look as cool as this Bionic concept car pictured above? Powered by solar energy generated by a see-through polycarbonate root with attached solar photovoltaic cells, it’s certainly eye catching. It’ll also have a lithium ion battery for zero carbon emissions, and the built-in GPS navigator will certainly help you avoid getting lost. Check it out at Yanko Design. On the surface, it seems there is a lot of wishful thinking here and the seats seem unconfortable (too upright)and non-adjustable. Why does a "green" design always has to be shown with the color green?

I’d like to hear what the designer thinks life will be like by 2030 before critiqing this design. It has a transparent photovoltaic roof embedded with solar photovoltaic cells. The efficient solar cells supply power to in-wheel electric motors that propel the car. The wheels on the concept can rotate full 360 degrees, allowing it to maneuver in any direction. This would also be helpful in the crowded urban landscape that the designer sees this futuristic car in. The concept also allows a certain degree of shape shifting, and can resize to accommodate with its environment. Users will be able to monitor and select the concept’s reshaping options by using an interactive display. GPS navigation and music player are also envisioned for the concept.
