the reason why it has the ‘neck’ part in the end is because if you put a shirt with a collar on you would loos the hanger inside thus making it more difficult to normaly attach it to the rod… and you would get a squashed collar. and i think the half-radius gives it a bit more stability since it embraces more rod surface. best m.
