Looks more like an Penn. Dutch Amish carriage, right down to the road hazard triangle on the rear.

Definitely could use a better suspension.

It doesn’t matter how fast you’re going, you’d still feel every bump and pothole in the road without suspension. With the number of spped bumps in UK cities these days this would be very uncomfortable.

And even at 20mph the car would still be subject to drag which would mean that it would require more power to overcome it.

We’re talking about city vehicles. The average speed in cities nowadays is below 20mph.

Without any suspension the ride would be terrible! Aerodynamically ineficient.

The design looks ok. But it doesn’t seem to be a very smart design for an urban vehicle. When you’re talking about urban vehicles for the next thousand years goos usage of space is everything!

The wheels look terrible and the car aerodynamics… It just looks like that whatever powers it, wouldn’t get enough mileage with that design.

This looks nothing like the Chitty chitty bang bang, even if it were totally re-done. The only possible similarity are the wheels.
