I love it when beautiful looking things have function. The better looking these technologies are, the easier it will be accepted into society. For some disabled and handicapped, being “normal” is well worth the price.

I wouldn’t really call any of these things medical marvels. Design for handicaps, maybe, but there’s very little medicine involved here.
