		<description>How about using an electric stapler.  Thats what i use, no fuss, no buying extra things, three staples and i have a sizable re-used notepad.  job done.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s not hugely practical as you have to do a fair amount yourself. If you could just dump the scrap paper somewhere and it did it all for you, then it might get used more.

If you are willing to spend the time priming this thing, then you can do it yourself pretty cheaply, quickly, easily and without the cost of some more &quot;things&quot; for your office/home.
