Then with Pacific Cycles wizard&#039;s, Ryan Carroll, Chief Engineer and Michael Lin, CEO, the production bike was re-designed, developed and introduced. This was great team work and these 3 are all very proud of the bike. Pacific cycles 100% own the IF (Integrated Folding) range of bikes.
